Tattoos & Tea DC is a quiet refuge tucked away from the noise of the world — a place where your skin, story, and self‑expression meet. Led by Licensed Tattoo Artist Liz Luna, the studio is built with intention: clean, safe, eco‑friendly, and rooted in care.
Liz believes every person is a world unto themselves, and her purpose is to translate that individuality into art. Here, everyone is welcome — women, LGBTQ+ folks, neurodivergent individuals, people of all races, religions, (dis)abilities, and gender identities.
While Liz specializes in blackwork, fine‑line, nature, and fantasy, she approaches all styles with openness and collaboration.
Tattoos & Tea DC is more than a studio — it’s a sanctuary for expression, connection, and the art of becoming your best self.

About
My name is Liz

Liz Luna (she/her) began tattooing in 2020, building Tattoos & Tea DC around the kind of tattoo experience she wished existed — calm, welcoming, and deeply personal. She’s known for her grounding presence, and the way she makes even first‑time clients feel at ease with her gentle pacing and humor. Her work blends blackwork, fine‑line detail, and nature‑inspired imagery, but the heart of her practice is connection. Liz listens closely, collaborates intentionally, and creates tattoos that feel like extensions of the person wearing them. Clients come for the art — but they return for the comfort, the conversation, and the feeling of being genuinely understood.
